We travel from our shop in Duncanville, about 9 miles out, so factor that drive into when we can get to you rather than assuming a same-hour arrival. Parts we stock on the truck go on the same trip. Parts we don't stock, we tell you that up front rather than pretending otherwise.

What the Fix Involves
For a broken extension spring, the job is pulling the old springs, checking the pulleys and the safety cables that should be threaded through them, and setting new springs matched to the door's weight - not just grabbing whatever's closest in size. For opener trouble on a chain-drive unit from the 90s, we open the housing, check the gear kit and sprocket for wear, and test the drive before closing it back up. Worn gears are cheap; a burned-out motor is not, and we tell you which one you're actually dealing with before we quote anything.
On a track or roller problem, we check alignment first. A door that's binding on one side usually isn't a broken part, it's a track that's shifted or bent, and forcing a new roller into a bad track just wears the new roller out fast. We fix the alignment, then decide if parts need replacing at all.
